Nebraska Health Insurance Marketplace Lessons Learned Listening Session

Congratulations on a successful initial Marketplace Open Enrollment Period. Thanks to your hard work, more than 8 million people and counting have enrolled in quality, affordable health insurance in the Marketplace.

It is time to look back and reflect on all our work, challenges, and successes. For that reason, Nanette Foster Reilly, Consortium Administrator for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), invites you to a lessons learned listening session on Friday, May 9, 2014 at 2:00 pm.

The purpose of the session is for us to gain insight from partners and stakeholders like you who were directly involved in Marketplace outreach, education, and enrollment about what worked well and what can be improved. We will use your feedback to improve planning, strategies, and tactics for the highest enrollment impact during the next Open Enrollment Period. We appreciate all your feedback, however we are most able to act on feedback that is specific, actionable, and within CMS’ ability to change.
